D’Vine was my absolute dream venue- not only is it an incredibly STUNNING venue, but every single person on the staff is wonderful and cares about making sure your day is perfect! Kayley in particular was so wonderful and answered any questions I had no matter what day or time.. and I asked lots and lots of questions and made many requests in the year leading up to my wedding! I originally had my wedding planned for last year at another venue but then it suddenly went bankrupt and then when the pandemic hit it actually gave me the opportunity to scrap my original plans and replan my wedding to be my dream wedding. I truly believe that my real date was meant for this year and that it was meant to be at D’Vine Grace! I first met Kayley at my original venue so when I later found out she had left long ago and went to join the D’vine Grace family it felt like everything came full circle and it was meant to be this way for me to reunite back with her. Since she knew me and of my struggles with my first venue they even offered me a little discount even though they never had to do that in the first place! Such a generous and wonderful team of people. Everyone else on staff is just as friendly and professional as Kayley and they all made me feel special in all the meetings leading up to the wedding day and then especially when it was finally the day. The food is also amazingly delicious and we've gotten so many compliments from guests saying the food was amazing- they also offer a desserts table and late night snacks so you do not have to worry about getting any outside companies if you do not want to deal with the hassle. My wedding day was run so flawlessly by them- I remember morning day I was greeted by Kayley and she saw I was trying to multitask and carry a lot of items so she took all my things up for me and told me not to worry and also provided a cart to go help my family unload everything else we had brought. I saw staff members throughout the whole day and night directing guests and making sure everything was in order and how I wanted. We even had included valet service which was a special added touch to elevate the venue even more! The guests ate up all the desserts and I saw so many of my guests dancing with the little snacks in their hands later in the night. I also have to mention the endless gorgeous photo opportunities at the venue since it is so picturesque- the outside of the venue with the fountains and the vineyard, the piazza with the string lights and chapel, and the walkway outside at the back. There are also two beautiful white horses that can be seen roaming on the grounds if you happen to spot them! The bridal suite is incredible with room for each bridesmaid and light up mirrors plus another section for the bride- they offered snacks and mimosas too in order to keep the bridal party comfortable. The groom suite was decked out with a PS5 and comfy couches that my husband and his groomsmen enjoyed. The minute you take a tour of the venue you will fall in love. The venue already takes care of all the little details such as the GOBO and lighting or projector for any slideshow or video you want to show at the wedding- they truly just know how to make your day feel special. Thank you D’vine for make my wedding day...
Read moreI’m writing this review after three months of my daughter marriage as I want to be fair to the positive experience of this venue that we had there. My daughter got married here last year on the last days of December that was December 30th We all loved the venue as it’s a beautiful place. We signed up with Kelly Starting from her to Daniela for food tasting and everyone else that we dealt with was nice and professional except Lori she was extremely rude to our daughter to the extent she being the bride cried couple of days before the wedding because of stress she was giving her. She was saying no to every request but that was not our issue it was the rude behavior that we don’t appreciate I spoke to the CEO Brandon before the wedding he was very nice courteous and professional and I requested that we don’t want to deal with Lori because of the way she was treating us On the of the wedding day in the midst of taking care of every thing as we (me and my husband) were the host I have had few of my guest coming and telling me she was rude to them she yelled at them. We had the venue till 12:00 midnight but did our daughters send off before 10:30 that is such an emotional moment after which we were standing in the main entrance hall way and she comes and says to me and guests very rudely you guys can’t go back in. Both my wedding planner and decorator were upset the way they were treated I’m pasting the text from my wedding planner
“So Kaylee told me that centerpieces she will take it out of the storage and leave it on the table for me to put it but didn’t mention anything that I have to put it back in the storage . I don’t mind putting it back in the storage but only if I knew which storage it came out from and the way Lori talked with me last night was very bad so I’m nice if you are nice and I still try to keep myself calm and keep my cool but at the end I have had enough of her and her attitude . Either she had a problem of me being the wedding planner or I have no clue what was going on with her. Other than the experience was good. Only one thing I couldn’t understand was our security deposit was $1500 and were returned 900 something and were told that was the credit card processing fee I paid everything with my debit card so it didn’t make sense to me We were never told this would happen but again that’s not my issue I’m just posting this review so no one’s else is treated like the way we were...
Read moreWe are a Dallas/Fort Worth wedding vendor who has worked at D'Vine Grace and gotten an opportunity to collaborate with numerous members of their staff. In each case, the team has been fantastic! For example, I had several conversations with their sales manager Kayley Bacon prior to the event itself in which she answered all my questions, and even some I didn't know I had. She was extremely helpful and had a very clear grasp of every aspect of the venue and event, which is not always the case when I call a wedding venue ahead of time. Some folks in her position can seem too preoccupied to speak to me for more than a few seconds, or unaware that there even is an event until I bring them up to speed. Not to mention they're not always friendly. Kayley was great on all counts, something that turned out to be the norm at D'Vine Grace as the other staff members I met and worked closely with during the event (including Jennifer and Daniel, among others) were just as attentive, informed, and friendly. I have already told them all this directly, but I want to let the rest of the world know now how much I appreciate their excellent work, as it makes my clients very happy and my job as a DJ and MC much easier. In our role, we wear so many hats and juggle so much in our minds, any time we run into a group who really knows what they're doing and is actually nice to us in the process, it goes a LONG way. I haven't even mentioned the location itself yet! D'Vine Grace Vinyard is one of the most gorgeous venues in the entire North Texas area. I have personally played over 200 different wedding venues in our state, and I rank this one among the very best I've ever visited in terms of its layout, amenities, and looks across the board. It's a unique blend of high tone aesthetics nestled in a rustic rural setting, sort of the best of both worlds. Absolutely worth the trip as you really feel you've escaped the crazy city energy when you get out there, and entered this spacious and luxurious oasis which is perfect for weddings and other special events. It is my goal to return often and play many more events here, as it's just as nice for those of us working as it will be for you and your guests. I will be suggesting D'Vine Grace to all my client couples who are still searching for a venue, and suggest that you book it today to take advantage of all that it has to offer before someone else swoops in and...
