Bluff City Fungi — Attraction in Memphis

I am an extreme novice at growing mushrooms to say the least... I have trouble keeping even the lowest maintenance plants alive. But I do love to cook and I have been home so much this year that I decided to give this a go! Knowing that I know very little and wanting to get my bang for my buck, I had a ton of questions. The team at bluff city fungi were super responsive and helpful! I was really impressed with the result. I would post a picture but didn’t think to take one—I was ready to put them to use! I’m now confident in my abilities and this is something I will 100% do again!...

I bought a kit off of them of blue oysters. I ordered from a different company a day before. Bluff City Fungi‘a kit arrived first, so I’d say their shipping is fast. It at after pinning almost immediately. It grew beautiful oysters that I use for art. It was such a treat to grow them. I’m continuing to water the block in hopes that it will produce again.
