Wow I read probably 20 reviews and over half all said how bad they were treated by security and had the same complaint I did about the 2hr parking limit, this place really sucks and doesn't care about tired drivers either cars or trucks and since I drive a truck and have to take a 10 hr break this place is definitely not a friendly place, you would rather have tired motorist out on the road than let us sleep for as long as we need, you better hope that someone close to you is not injured or killed by a fatigued motorist because of your stupid 2hr parking limit!! I'm sorry if that sounds harsh but it's a fact, it could happen! Then you might think about changing that 2hr parking limit and call off your security dogs!

So yes I was very dissatisfied with this rest area that will only let a tired female motorist sleep for more than 2 hrs. I'm a single female that had been driving from PA to Missouri but my rental car had mechanical problems and this rest area was 10 minutes from the nearest Entrance but they didn't open until 8am plus I am not familiar at all with the area and I try to stop at a truck stops but the Loves which was about 7 miles away was not in a safe area I heard a few guys yelling at each other at the pumps and I just didn't get a good feeling I was safe there so I googled a rest area. I was awakened by your security guard tapping on my window who was not all interested that I said I didn't feel safe at the Loves and I was by myself and I asked politely if I could stay a few more hours but he was cold and all he could say was my 2 hour parking limit was up and I had to leave. Well he earned his pay check this night you should be super happy😡 I was not bothering anyone I was parked in the 1st spot as you come in, he could've let me stay no one would've known I was there more than 2 hrs so maybe you can give Barney Fife some leinancy so he can at his discretion or case by case let a motorist stay a little longer I've never been asked to leave after a 2hr period from any rest area and I travel to alot of places and I drive trucks I was actually after I swaped out this rental car I was on my to Missouri to pick up a truck going to NJ but since your facility is like this and doesn't care about people or thier circumstances I will never stop at your facility again but I'm sure this review will not change anything nor will anybody care as people have been commenting about your ridiculous 2hr parking for as far back as over a year and you have not changed it so it shows you dont care about tired drivers needing more than 2 stinking hours of sleep and are definitely not truck driver friendly!! The security guard takes notes and documents what time a car gets there because I was literally there 2hrs exactly and he tells me my 2hr parking limit...

Stopped here to break from driving for few hours. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Water faucet get a cool drink, vending machines, was able to fill a couple gallons size water jugs in mens restroom due to the high ark style faucet! Only thing is right when I was about to leave I get a knock on my door by a Rest Area employee saying, "I'm gonna have to ask you to leave", now I saw the signs saying 2 hours parking. I was there for almost 3 hours but the area had 1 other semi truck parked and many spaces open, not to mention I'm in the driver seat with seat belt on,,, maybe employee could have said to herself, "looks like he is leaving, I'll wait n see", instead of kinda coming off rude, but like i said i was there for more than 2 hours so,...

I wasn't feeling well and stopped to rest. I fell asleep and woke up to someone tapping on my window. It was a security lady that I had seen sitting inside the building for about 2 hours telling me to let my window down and that my 2 hours were up and that I had to leave. I told her that I was not letting my window down and asked her what she wanted. There were only 4 cars in the lot including mine. I did not see any signs with a time limit and there were semi trucks there over two hours. If there is a limit, post visible signs. What if I had not been able to drive in two hours. That was ny second time stopping at this rest area but...

2 Hour truck parking. No overnights. Was followed into the restroom and watched while I washed hand and splashed my face. Words were exchanged between attendant and Security guard. I cleaned the wet sink and left. Come back to my truck they are both outside taking photos of trucks. Far from a welcoming center. Just come in look but don't touch anything or you may get Mothered to Death. Besides the people working there it is a nice stop. Great sinks for washing hands and splashing face to wake up.

The strangest rest area I've ever seen! Parking is limited to 2 hours. But that's not the strangest thing either. I went to the toilet and was about to brush my teeth, when the employee told me that I can't brush my teeth in this rest area. I already had a toothbrush with paste in my mouth, a woman worker through the mirrors showed me with gestures that I should spit out the paste without continuing to brush my teeth. It was like I was in a fake dimension.
