Cormier Woods is a nice, quiet, and secluded place to hike trails and has a variety of uphill, downhill, and flat surfaces. Most of the times I have been here I have been the only one. The property is not always super maintained all year round and you may see fallen trees and logs on trails but in my opinion that only adds to the adventure! A lot of the trails are very thin for only one lane but with how few people come there it has never been an issue for me. However if you are coming with a friend you may not be able to always walk and talk to them right next to you. I especially love that well behaved dogs who stay within distance can be off leash!
