I don't understand when we went to the library, which is "open to the public"... There was a lady (who does NOT work there, she told us) asking us 'what are you doing here ? ' and following us around with her eyes. She is also a "public" patron who is inside the library , same as us, she is trying to intimidate us being in the library and from reading the books.
