Pine Hollow Farms — Attraction in Meramec Township

My husband and I got married at Pine Hollow Farms on July 1, 2023 and we couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our wedding. We knew from the moment we toured the space that PHF was going to be special to us. As we went through the planning process, Brittani and her team were there to answer any and all questions we had regarding our big day. The use of the decor closet was helpful for our table centerpieces - an added perk that saved us in the decor department. Our dedicated Day-of-Coordinator was Brittani and honestly, we were so grateful for everything she did to help make the day run smoothly. Our weather was unpredictable with scattered storms. Brittani made the call for me to stick with our outdoor ceremony and was all hands on deck to wipe down chairs to allow for it to happen. We were able to get married on the patio. Craig helped wrap up things at the end of the evening. Our family couldn't say better things about the venue and we are truly thankful for trusting Craig, Brittani and the rest of the PHF team to take care of things so we could enjoy the day taking in all of the memories! I am beyond grateful that we chose Pine Hollow Farms for our wedding. The venue is absolutely stunning and had everything we needed to make our day perfect. Leading up to the wedding, we were able to attend several open houses, which made planning so much easier. We were able to tour the venue, explore the decor options, and meet with the preferred vendors.

Kayla and Brittany were amazing to work with and were always quick to respond to emails. Kayla, as our day-of coordinator, truly alleviated so much stress and made sure everything ran smoothly. We had a room flip between the ceremony and cocktail hour, and I was blown away by how hard the team worked to make everything seamless. They were incredibly quick, efficient, and truly made my vision come to life.

Our day went off without a hitch, and I never had to worry about a thing. We also chose Pine Hollow for our bar service, and it was fantastic! We received so many compliments on the drinks, and the inclusion of signature drinks was a lovely touch.

Just celebrated my wedding at Pine Hollow farms on July 12th, 2025 and it was absolutely the best day ever! My coordinator, Breanna knew and was on top of all of the behind the scenes support to the point that I did not have to worry about anything. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and very customizable. There are so many options when it comes to layout and decorations - and they did exactly what I envisioned. The room flip from ceremony to reception went so quickly and smoothly. The grand staircase makes for absolutely gorgeous photos and in the July heat, was perfect for our ceremony. And to be able to get ready in the same building as the event allowed for me to be available to answer last minute questions, see the set up progress, and put my seal of approval on everything.
