Calkins Landing — Attraction in Mercer Island

My rating doesn't mean this place is not nice. Its beautiful. Its definitely not a park but a spot, a landing area for kayaks etc. There is one picnic table but the spot is not a picnic location really.

Its got nice view of Seattle, not the famous skyline but a different angle.

There is parking for a couple of cars and street would be there for more parking spots. But if parking area is full that means you may not be able to find nice...

A small little park on Mercer Island, this plot faces the Seattle side. There is a good amount of parking on the street right outside of it, and there are some benches and lots of places to throw down a blanket. It has water access for kids or dogs to jump in as well.
