Bark Canine Club & Resort — Attraction in Mesquite

Third Post for Saturday 11/16/2024 This time both my boys (Westies) Squid and Wally went for daycare for a fun day. Once again they had a great time especially Wally. Anyone interested in joining the Bark Club should not hesitate. Staff is wonderful and your baby or babies will love it, and beg for more play dates. Well worth the money spent as you will also see how much they will enjoy spending time playing with their furry peers.

Second Post as of today 07/16/2024 As usual, my Westie Wally just loves going to Bark. The staff always engages with him and he truly loves playing with them and all of his canine friends. Highly recommend as the owner and the staff's kindness and love towards our beloved babies, is genuine.

I was very disappointed in the job. I took my pomeranain in just for a bath and blow out. When I went to pick him up I couldn't believe it. He was still wet and when I ask why. The young lady said he didn't like the blow dryer. They ask to take him back and try to get him dryer. But by that time my poor little dog was shivering and seemed scared. I could bring myself to hand him back to these young girls. I brought him home and tried to blow dry him out. But by that time his hair had many mats in it. I am so angry I told them when I drop him off that he had one small mat under his front leg. We'll know he has several mats. They got rid of none of his undercoat. I do not recommend this for your pomeranian. I really should not have paid these people. I am traveling hope my groomer at home can take care of this mess. UPDATE I talked with owner and she was kind and understood the problem. She refunded the money and took total responsibility for this problem. No excuses and very nice. We have used Bark twice now for our two dogs. They stayed for four nights and 5 days while we went to disneyland. Bark has a live video camera so you can see your fur babies anytime you want to. They also send you a daily picture of them and a report card of how their day went. Every night when we would hobble back to the hotel after walking the park for 12 hours tired and hurting lol, we would get to read their report cards and it made us feel better. We also would turn on the live feed and see our babies when we would stop and rest at the park. You can call them anytime and they will gladly talk to you. I only got one recording to leave a message and that was because it was dinner time and they were making sure all dogs got fed. They returned my call the moment after all dogs were fed.
