Polaris Can-Am Honda World — Attraction in Mesquite

This is the second time we have purchased from Polaris Can-Am Honda World. We will never buy or even look anywhere else! To drive 40 mins to Mesquite, NV from St. George- to get the MOST AMAZING service is well worth it! 2 years ago we purchased a brand new 2022 Turbo R4 ultimate Rzr and we were so genuinely impressed with the great service we received. When we decided it was time to trade our 2022 Rzr in there was only one place to go! From the time you arrive and get out of your car and start looking- you are greeted by the friendliest salespeople. They are so friendly and helpful (not the usual pushy-pressure tactics used by other places) and it’s only the beginning. Robert (our awesome salesman) was so great at pointing out all the new features the new machines had added and showing us how they worked and really knew the machine he was selling us. Once you have decided on a machine-then comes the fun part! They have a test track that you can take it for a test drive on (without the awkwardness of taking a salesperson). After the fun test drive you are introduced to the Sales Manager, Kurt is THE MAN! Every time he gives us a great trade in value for our machine we are looking at trading in (plus the tax credit we save for buying there) and is always so great about giving us an equally great deal on whatever we are looking to buy! Not to mention he always rides up on his electric scooter out of nowhere!😂👍🏼 Also, as any of the other friendly salespeople pass by you and smile they will always stop and ask if you need a water or if there is anything they can get you to drink. Some even visit for a short time and just genuinely want to talk to you and get to know more about you, where your from, what your interested in looking at, and seem to be such a great group of people working in the whole store! OH! I almost forgot the good part!!!!! When you finish with the cutest, friendliest Business Manager- Stacy and sign on the dotted line and complete your purchase (which she always makes it so seamless and simple) -then comes the real fun!!! They take you down by the service dept where your new ride is perfectly shined up and all gassed up and waiting. They turn up the music in the entire store. Which is a sign to every employee to come watch and clap as you get your picture taken next to your new ride and they congratulate you on the PA system they have for this exact event! It is such an experience EVERYTIME! Thank you to everyone that works at this location for the warm, fun, inviting, genuine environment that each and everyone of you make it at this store every time we come there! It is so refreshing to see that there are a group of people that truly still take so much pride in their work and it SHOWS!!!!!! We are looking forward to many fun trips with our new 2025 Polaris Pro-R Ultimate Rzr! When they say, “Welcome to the Family” they truly mean it!!! Thank you so much!!🥰

After trying to make a deal for the purchase of a new Polaris at 1 of our larger Polaris dealers here in Las Vegas, that turned out to be a complete disaster! I decided to venture outside of Las Vegas, I went to Polaris of Mesquite. Before going out there I spoke to Sergio on the telephone, told him my whole story what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend, he indicated that he hears this same identical story several times each week from people who have dealt with the other Polaris dealership here in Vegas. Sergio then told me that he was pretty positive they had a Polaris in stock it would fit my needs and in my price range, in fact he was so sure he asked me to please bring my trailer when I came out there for my appointment. Once I arrived it was pretty much like a family owned type business atmosphere, everyone was quick to come up to you shake your hand, say hello, and ask if they can help, the entire staff was extremely nice, professional, and friendly. In fact, when I was introduced to the sales manager Rob, I had to ask if he was the sales manager or the owner, and that's because he treated the transaction as if it were his business and I was very concerned about making a happy customer. One of their mottos, was even if we can't make a deal at least we made a friend. Sergio had 3 different rzr's to show me, threw me the keys, and told me to take it on their little home made track and see how I like it. Which you cannot do at the larger polaris dealership here in Las Vegas. There was no haggling or fighting over the price, I did not feel like I was trying to buy a 73 Ford Pinto with a blue hood for 1 million dollars like at the other Polaris dealership. In fact There was no arguing or fighting over the price whatsoever. I was actually able to add on some options as well. Some of the options were not in stock and had to be ordered. This is how cool these people are. They told me as soon as the parts come in, the usually make a run to Vegas for delivery and drop off and they would make an appointment with me, come to my house, and install the parts on my new rzr. And that is in fact what they did! Stacey made the paperwork process extremely easy and fun, shes very nice and a down to earth kind of person, I highly recommend calling these folks or visiting them for your next purchase. A Truly Outstanding Experience – Worth the Drive from St. George!

We live in St. George, Utah and recently began shopping for a new side-by-side. We visited two dealerships in St. George, and unfortunately, both experiences were incredibly disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested in helping us and acted like they couldn't care less whether we purchased from them or not—which was shocking, considering how friendly people in St. George usually are.

Thankfully, our experience took a complete turn for the better when I reached out to Polaris Can-Am Honda World in Mesquite, Nevada through their online contact form. Harold responded promptly and was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful from the very beginning. What a refreshing difference in attitude and customer service!

We texted back and forth, and Harold patiently answered all my questions. When I called to follow up, he was just as kind and easy to talk to over the phone. My wife and I decided to make the short drive down to Mesquite to meet him in person—and we’re so glad we did.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated with genuine warmth and respect. One of the best parts of our visit was that they actually have a test drive track on-site, so we were able to drive the side-by-side we were interested in before making a decision. That hands-on experience made all the difference and really helped us feel confident in our purchase.

We ended up purchasing a Can-Am side-by-side that day, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Not only was the customer service excellent, but their pricing was also very competitive—we felt we got a great deal on an amazing machine.

Every team member we interacted with was exceptional, including Stacy, their business manager, who made the paperwork process seamless and pleasant, and Jacob in the service department, who was also great to deal with.
