Its not the best beach in the fort myers area, but it is probably the most low key. Pay for parking at the meter. Limited amount of parking. Not bathrooms on beach itself, but there is a building where the kayak rental is that does have bathrooms if you need to use them. There is also a convenient store just at the corner turning turning onto the road to get to this beach to stock your cooler or grab some bait before you get here. The water itself isnt the greatest. The bottome can be kind of mucky. We enjoy coming here to get some sun and enjoy the sunset. I loved that it's not crowded though. There's a picnic table under a tree if you want to have lunch. Shallow water so it's great for kids. Not much parking.
