Amish farm-restaurant very rustic very good food some what limited on items very friendly and polite a different experience around a farm setting this is not a chain restaurant but if you’re looking for a different experience with good food make reservations and check on availability and go . Restaurant is just a little bit west of route 608 on the south side of the road go slow not well marked and there are a lot of Amish buggy’s and children around

Man, listen! My coworker really sold this spot so naturally I’m like “Let’s get the staff together and go!”. One of the best dining trips we’ve taken. No joke.

There’s not a huge menu here. The awesomeness is in the quality and flavor. The servings are generous and the ingredients are divine! Y’all listen, if you care about the flavors and quality like I do, you will be pleased. My steak was perfectly cooked (though they asked everyone if they were satisfied or needs additional cooking) and it cut with the butter knife. I think this is the good folks showing out just a touch ‘cause they know the steak is bananas! (Bless their hearts!)

But that’s not the entire story here. The veggies are sooo fresh and well prepared. The shrimp tacos—BRUHHHH—I need to deconstruct the formula. There’s more…I mean, the desserts are divine.

I’m looking forward to bringing the...

One of the best fish fries I ever tasted which is offered on an Amish Farm. A quaint and aesthetic renovated polebarn setting with friendly and welcoming hosts. It's a true AYCE Fish Fry with pollock, shrimp, fries, slaw, dinner rolls, various beverages, ice cream, and brownies. The doors are normally open to the public during certain times of the year one being Lent. It's donation only ... (My family gives $15/head). It's a great meal work great people all around. If you're in the area, you won't regret stopping in for a meal you won't forget. To see if they're open to thes public, 'The Back 40' places ads in the community paper, The Good News" of...

Never had bad food there, but you better hurry up to eat! Three times now, they come over and tell us they need the table. The last time, my husband went to a table to speak to someone while the person he was with finished up. His jacket was brought over to him. "We need the table." There were like only 30 people there. Tonight was it, I told him why doesn't he say something to that table, or that table. One of the people with us WAS STILL EATING and he started wiping off our table!! There was not 1 person in line and 3-6 seat tables open! WTH! My husband let them have it. Told them they were being rude, unprofessional and we would not...
