Wrightsville Beach Recreation Area — Attraction in Middlesex

For a second year in a row, my family had visited this amazing place to swim and play at the beach and gave left with very fond memories!

CLEAN! SERINE! DAY TRIP DREAM!

Parking is abundant and the gravel roads are very smooth. It's not a long walk to the service booth or activities.

Bring your charcoal and grill a lunch under the trees but bring a trash bag for your mess. Swimming and frisbee golf had a reasonable fee but it's obvious the money goes right back into maintaining the grounds!

The bathrooms are pretty plain with a concrete floor and some old but well maintained bathroom fixtures. If you need modern accommodations, the restrooms may leave you dissatisfied but we found them clean and well maintained. Some funding toward bringing this area will lock in the five star rating.

It's a nice beach area, peaceful, relaxing and having fun. We went there the first time today they guy was nice at the window for us. But when we there the first there was a kid teanager working there he wasn't smiling or nothing. We asked him service dogs r aloud. N he said NO. I know he's a kid but still he's gotta respect others. N we asked the kid how much we had to pay to get in he said 10 Bucks. But yet we went there today n payed 5 Bucks. I like 5bucks better.
