When you arrive in the parking lot there are well marked signs indicating for you to drive to the back of the Arena. There will be standing attendants that direct you to the back. You are asked to park and wait until 5 minutes before your appointment to go into the building. Once inside, you will check-in, you will show your ID and they will give you a covid vaccination card. Once checked in, you will be directed to a set of two nurses, one will go over the vaccine you will be receiving while the other gives you your shot. Now you are all done! You are asked to wait 15 minutes to make sure you don't have any adverse side effects then you can leave. They even have an ambulance at the ready for anyone who might experience side effects.

We entered our child into the Mutton Bustin event for 4/2/22 with the understand he may ride BEFORE or during the Rodeo itself. I received a call about 1.5 hours before we were supposed to be there informing me he would ride at 6:30 pm. We arrived on time, checked in, waited. 6:30 pm arrives and nothin is called. My husband noticed the program said 6:45 pm. We waited again, 6:45pm arrives and NOTHING. Finally, they call for Mutton Bustin riders after several events. We lined up then were told we wouldn't ride until AFTER the rodeo itself. The coordination and communication (or lack there of) is completely off putting. I understand sometimes things run late or change due to whatever the circumstance but I feel like they could have given the parent of riders 17-30 a heads up that they would be delayed at the very least 3 or so hours. Highly upset with how poorly things were...

The people's convoy made arrangements to be here two days 4-4 and 4-5 on 4-4 they canceled on convoy in route, they say it's not political then why did they cancel ??????????? Joe Kelly said they didn't have enough time to prepare but on a minutes notice Mayor Shannon D Thomason arranged it all go figure .Action is all that matters. In the fight for freedom.
