Northwood University — Attraction in Midland

Grad student -- you will have to fight every step of the way to make sure your education and information is correct. Was overcharged for tuition, tried to bring it up with my advisor for weeks and was repeatedly assured my total was correct despite numbers not matching their website tuition. Reached out to their accounting department to confirm and they found that I had been overcharged by over 10% of my tuition for the semester. Took multiple follow-ups to be refunded. Grade book had strange results that did not match my classwork -- when I reached out again, advising told me there was nothing they could do and that I cannot access old classes or view my grades despite paying for them.

Seems that they are much more interested in your money than your education....

When here for a total of four months, was non stop bullied for not being a part of the clique group. Had kids banging on my door at 3 am and when I told security they had me file a report and then proceeded to do absolutly nothing. Classes sucked. They market very well to new and excited students and then rip the fun in learning out of it. But yet still expect that almost a half a millions dollars is exceptable for this level of...

Loved the automotive program here, I learned a lot. But the administration cares much more about their dollars than they do their students. This can be seen through them keeping Meral Yaliniz on staff, one of the worst professors I and many other kids have had to deal with.
