If it weren't for all of Dalton and Shannon's hard work I may have strayed to another dispensary. There are also a couple others on staff that have been there for awhile, and really know their stuff. I cannot say enough good things about Dalton, he seems to care about his patients and their well-being. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does. In my opinion, the medical side has a lot of work that needs to be done. It seems to have gone rapidly downhill in the last several months. I am not referring to the lack of product or pricing as I think most of that is out of their control. They are doing the best their can in that aspect. I am referring to the service and knowledge of the people working there. There has been a lot of new hires recently and I have had issues with my orders. One time I reminded the girl helping me I should have an ounce discount. Not only did I not get my discount, I also didn't get one of the products that I ordered. When I questioned my total she told me that it was right. She did not show me what she was putting in the bag before she stapled it shut. They usually do this so you know that your order is correct before leaving. I also asked her about the difference between two CBD cartridges. One of which was $40, the other was $60. They had approximately the same milligrams of CBD and THC. She told me that the more expensive one must be more "medicinal" because it cost more. They really need to get these people on board or they need to move them over to the rec side. I feel bad for new patients coming in if they are relying on people like this for their information. This is a medical facility and it needs to be treated as such. Please don't make false statements or promises to patients. If you don't know the answer, find someone else there that does. Thankfully most of the more seasoned employees are still on the medical side. It would be nice if the online menu was updated more for medical patients like it used to be. Many of us have ailments that make it difficult for us to leave our homes at times. More designated parking for medical is desperately needed since rec started. A good majority of us are unable to walk long distances. I realize with rec there are going to be a lot of growing pains. I look forward to things getting better in the months to come. ** 🌿 Updated as of June 2021. Shout out to Tammy for a stellar recommendation! I was set to purchase something different, but went off of her advice instead. She's an OG, listen to what she offers you for your condition. She knows her stuff.🌿 ** Thank you for taking care of and respecting your medical patients!!! I'm sure you have hands full but you are doing a great job. 💚

My main problem is NTI management's outright irritation at having to address faulty products, selling horrible quality IESO flower at high prices, or almost unusable pre-rolls. From the first time I even asked about product quality control policies they got very defensive and dismissive. NTI is insanely overpriced now, the okay service has become a total nightmare with covid19, (because they want you to call the phone they don't answer) they had a very rude associate chew me out for simply asking if the menu dated yesterday was correct, up to 2 hour long waits, almost no flower for even medical since last December, and the icing on the cake is they have enough nerve to get irritated with patients/customers when we don't know what's going on because they don't communicate with us. NTI is easily the worst dispensary in Illinois

*12/23/2020 went in for last minute items before Christmas and they are super busy like any other store right now, I have to say the wait time is accurate and if you time it right you'll get a text when you're on your way out there. I was quoted 3 hours with 200 customers in front of me, signed on wait list about 10am and got the text at 12:54, I was five minutes from pulling in. Got there, a spot right in front for me, lol, walked in, got my place in line and was in and out in 15 mins or less getting exactly the two things I went in to get. They are efficient and the employees are actually super nice, everyone is always smiling and in a positive mood, even dealing with the literally 1000+ people you had come thru just today. You are improving every time, and I tested my ghost containers theory in my last update, it won't work, even though the containers look identical they do not weigh the same and that would be way too time consuming to do that with the amount of customers and products flying thru. Therefore, I've moved my rating to five stars, because they're becoming Rockstars out there, just know there's a wait list and try to time it, don't sit in the lot unless you have to. Tip your bud tender, they are running hard to keep up with everyone! Keep it up! Now if we could only lower the taxes and prices haha. You've earned your ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me.

UPDATE 12/18/2020 I received my email today, happy with the response time, less than 48 hours. I'm happy to say they do respond to their customers with respect and concern, and I was credited for the mistake. My only opinion would be is to have empty ghost containers your products come in so you can at least know the weight content. I don't blame the dispensery directly as the package was sealed, and they have excellent surveillance obviously, so I absolutely believe it was a mistake on part of the cultivator. Only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars, I know I have to weigh everything I get now and do it on video. I do appreciate what you do, and you have restored my faith, I'll be visiting today, the wife said thank you for fixing this as she was stressed that I was upset! If no more issues come up again like this, and I continue to get treated very well out there I will move it to 5. SOLID 4 3/4 stars now! Glad you took care of me BEFORE Christmas. Thank you!

Original : WEIGH YOUR FLOWER IMMEDIATELY!!! I bought an ounce, well what I thought was an ounce of Bio Jesus only to open it and find the container half full!!! I naturally put it in a bag and weighed it, 20 GRAMS WITH THE ZIP BAG, so 18 grams, I'm shorted 10 grams from a dispensery? Holy wow! Called immediately and was told to email receipt and photos which I did immediately. THIS CANNOT HAPPEN WHEN THE PRODUCT IS THIS EXPENSIVE! I will update this review as necessary. I do love bio jesus strain, that's the only plus right now. TLDR; Long wait times, products run out even when reserved (yes, i think if i go on and reserve a product it should still be there. restaurants don’t give away reserved tables because another party wanted it.) lack of reward programs that ACTUALLY work, horrible customer service. Know they can provide bad service and make a quick buck. Thank god for the one down the street. Just ok. Couple of things: -Very little point in online ordering at this store. Either way, you’ll be standing in line for at least 10 minutes. Not a big deal- just no point in offering it if you aren’t going to actually make it quicker. you guys have been open long enough to figure it out.. only place in town where online ordering takes more time. Odds are the product is out of stock so you’ll be spending time finding a comparable product (not one 3x the price) Rewards (lack there of) I believe you have to spend $45 or $55 for a sticker and need 10 or 12 stickers to get a discount. Most products will be $44 OTD (fair price, but you aren’t getting any points). Again, not a big deal but would be nice to see all customers get points regardless of how much you spend (like all the other local shops.) Smoke Signals. I’ve been signed up for almost a year now and have yet to get a single point.. not sure why. Checked my statements and was surprised to see I spent almost $2800 last year at this location and didn’t get a single discount on my account. I’ve asked a couple of times about it and get the “Yeah I’m not really sure about that stuff.” appreciate the honesty- but does anyone know? As for the stickers, you HAVE to ask! otherwise they will not offer. I’ve been a customer for 2 years and have never had someone ask for my card. It sucked walking out and realizing I could have gotten 3 stickers if the person had just done their job and asked. They always expect tip.. for grabbing my online order and taking my exact cash. defective products and unwillingness to fix it. Purchased a cart $60 otd (used my sticker card for this). Got home to find the cart leaked out into the packaging and the plastic stopper on the end of the cart was off. I live in Iowa so I was pretty disappointed. Called and was told to email. Emailed them- never heard back. Called again- told to email. Still out $60, a whole loyalty card used for a faulty product, gas money, and the actual product. I couldn’t bring myself back to purchase another product from there. It’s been 2 months and no response or phone call. Once in awhile I might stop for a good deal. Otherwise, it’s hard to justify the price, wait time, service, lack rewards, and poor service. They know no matter how bad they are people from IA will purchase and...
