I contracted Bakers of Milford for my father's celebration of life. I spent a lot of money on several food items to be out. The food was taken from my guest within an hour of our start time and when we requested all leftover food (paid for in full) we were told it was thrown away. I was also charged $400 in gratuity, which was not previously discussed. When brought to the attention of management I was told the health department was the reason all the food I paid for was thrown out. Health department regulations posted publicly, nowhere does it state that they require a facility to waste food purchased. I asked the manager for a copy of the contract I had signed. They failed to produce it and provided me with an UNSIGNED agreement. Claiming "well we just tell everyone" BE CAREFUL....
