Hi we’ve been coming to your haunt for many years now & we’ve always have enjoyed ourselves every year. The houses were incredible last night, but from the wagon ride until the end of the haunt, it was very disappointing due to how many kids were in our “group.” The 6 year old kids if not younger really took away the experience of walking through the dark woods & actually trying to be in the moment of being scared & took away our group from really enjoying ourselves due to them non stop talking & being disrespectful for the ones who were trying to enjoy themselves. We brought new faces this year & we really talked the haunt up & we were all very disappointed, we also had VIP passes, so we paid extra money to be there. I hope you guys can reconsider the age requirements, or keep the very young kids groups strictly together for those who want to go through the haunt with very young children. No one wants to be walking through the dark woods with loud immature children, who killed the vibe of the reason we decided to attend your haunt. I review haunted houses on my TikTok page so I was even more excited to give a huge shout out, due to having a larger following. This year I decided to skip the review, again we were very disappointed with the amount of young children who couldn’t respect the ones who attended to actually enjoy themselves.

First time at this attraction.. It was EXCELLENT !!! It's open 600 to 1030 Friday and Saturday nights from the last weekend in September to the first weekend in November.. GET THERE EARLY !! I was told over 1000 people visit per night. We arrived around 615 pm. Waited about a half hour for it to get darker out. The attraction is in four parts. First, the haunted farmhouse, then the insane asylum, then a hay ride to the haunted forest, then another hay ride to the corn maze, which leads back to the concession area.. everything was excellent! The food and beverages at the concession areas were excellent! We're definitely going back for a second trip. It takes 45 minutes to an hour to go through the whole attraction. The staff got it together! Parking is a breeze! This is definitely worth the trip!

Went for our 3rd year in a row. Hefty price tag but an hour long experience to go with it. Just be prepared to wait a lot. In line to go in. For the 2 hayrides to come. To go to the corn maze. To go through the swamp. That's the only downside and they did not give groups enough time to get through the house and have their own experience. However, I think that's in effort to reduce the wait in the lines. So not sure how to solve these problems but they are trying. And it's a decent place for family fun. Both my teen girls chose to go there for their fall birthdays 2 years in a row. Actors definitely commit.

New review for 2018. Don’t go. They have good intention but it’s just fully going downhill. No actors no costumes no masks and so many spots for potential with nothing around corners. It’s just a walkthrough not even a haunted house anymore. I will not be returning for a while. Need to get better, after 22 years you really should know how to be a good haunt. Sorry guys...... This part was from 2017: I give this a 3 because the haunt is really really cool looking and you get alot for what you pay. The scaring I give a 1 or 2. This was always a great haunt for many years now. We always come to this haunted house every other year along with haunted hayloft. Well this year we chose hustons and yes it's a cool looking haunt it has a lot for the one price and it's a fun atmosphere. But the haunt is not scary at all anymore. Yes they get you when they jump out unexpectedly but they then continue to scream in your ear. The screaming is not scary. They only had maybe 10 actors with a mask on all the others were face painted. So this place is scarier for children not adults. Also the first hayride needs hay stacks and they need to limit the amount of ppl they put in a wagon. Then the killer clown part was terrible this year. The clowns shined a light in your face and walked right by didn't scare anyone. Then had this one creature thing twisting a lot that wasn't even a clown. So out of place. I walked out of the haunted house and said wow they went downhill on the killer clowns this year and the one clown heard me and got mad and said well you came prepared got the mask on and everything. Like dude don't be rude I'm giving you constructive criticism that your haunt used to be WAY better and now all it is is screaming in your ears. Maybe tell your bosses what customers say instead of getting mad. You're not the one paying 20.00 a person to get in. Basically taking our money and it's not even good. It's not a good scary haunted house anymore. They Really need to go back to how they started off this haunt. Add more actors too. Sorry but not a good one. Hopefully in 2 years if we return they stepped up their game. Lot of potential for this place. Let's see more. Also bettlejuice is such a great guy.! Keep him, he is always a...

Overpriced - $40 a ticket with fast pass.

Rushed - We booked online , reserved a 10pm appointment time and felt rushed. You don’t go in with just your group, you have a group in front and behind you, a continuous line of groups so when the jump scares happen to the group in front of you it kinda kills it for your group because you just seen it happen...

Risky - COVID guidelines were not being followed. 5% of the visitors wore masks and you were packed in the hayrides right with these people, you were in the haunted house right with these people and it looks good on paper to say masks required but nobody enforcing it

Boring - You pay for a haunted house that takes about 10 min to get thru. The “Haunted Hay Rides” were just hay rides where you watch tiktok on a tv to pass time, nothing scary about the two hayrides we went on or the boring corn fields you gotta walk thru. Like I said you’re walking with a continuous line of groups so you see the jump scares and stuff happening in front of you, really kills it.

Misleading - Ticket prices say includes 5 attractions. The haunted hayrides were just hayrides where you watch tiktok on a tv. The corn mazes were... boring to say the least, felt more like hiking than a scary event. At the end of the 2nd corn maze we were left wondering that’s all? Where’s the escape room? Kids were disappointed and shouldn’t have been disappointed for $40 a ticket

How to improve - Use radios, communicate between staff and let groups go in as groups not a continuous line of people. Enforce your COVID regulations and enforce the required use of masks AT LEAST until you’re out of the haunted house portion. Add some jump scares to the wagon rides, I can watch tiktok and tv at home! Last, have somebody at the end thanking people for coming and letting them know they reached the end. The ending we were left looking at each other like “that’s it?” It would be nice to have someone letting us know after the 2nd wagon ride...

For the price of the tickets, this is an overall underwhelming experience. The haunted house has so much potential to be fun and thrilling, but when you're in an endless line of people both in front of and behind you, there is zero scare involved. You could see and hear the actors jump out at the groups ahead, taking the suspense out of everything. It would be amazing if people were spaced out.

The hayride is just that. A hayride. A mostly enclosed wagon with a TV inside playing TikTok videos that you can't hear even when you're sitting right under it. This is not an "attraction". It is a shuttle. Not sure when things changed, but the hayride used to be great. Rolling through the woods with things jumping out and climbing the sides of the wagon. That was fun. This was boring and kind of obnoxious with the TV.

The walk through the woods was ok. The actors are great when you actually get to one. Maybe they're understaffed because of COVID, who knows. But it's mostly just a walk in the woods.

The corn maze was also ok. Again, the actors are great, but there aren't very many. I liked the fact that there wasn't one clear path out of there, that was fun. But the scare factor... Meh.

Ten years ago, this place was awesome. The house, the hayride, the corn maze.. much more scare involved back then. It's not the actors, they are simply fantastic. It's the constant underwhelming experience as you file through in an endless line of people with very few things that go boo that gave this a 3 star rating. The effort is there, it's the logistics that need some love. Probably won't be coming back anytime soon. Just can't justify that kind of money for that kind...
