When the air is clear, you can see San Francisco Bay from Vallejo to San Jose ❣❣ However, even on a clear day, it is often hazy and you cannot see far, so make sure that the air is clear before you go.

Well worth the hike. I was going through very tough times in my life and finding this pole really helped put things into perspective. I agree this is the greatest pole, not only in the bay area, but probably in all of America. God, I wish I could spend every...
