Nice park with trails. I wish the trails were labeled better. There was also trash along the sides and in the creek. The water fall was pretty. The parking is not that great, and the 4 times I've been, it's been packed. There are picnic areas with tables and spots to park your vehicle next to it. The gravel road is BUMPY. You will bottom your car out if it's low to the ground. Overall, nice little area. Dogs have to be leashed. People don't follow that, so if you have a reactive dog, then proceed...

Rotary Park is located at the base of Casper Mountain, just a few minutes drive from downtown Casper. This beautiful park is my #1 go-to when I need a few minutes away. This park is home to Garden Creek Falls, and is the trail head for numerous and varying levels of hiking trails, including the bridle trail, "split rock" and more. With several day-use areas, picnic tables etc. There are vault toilets available near the upper and lower parking area.

It's been a while since I been back home. But I knew this trip I needed to make a stop cause last time I was in town I didn't get to. Good morning hike to the falls always such a cool peaceful great scenery and a place to just embrace all of mother nature's offerings. There is just something about sunshine and flowing water. 101/0 recommend a visit wether it be a quick stroll to just get some steps in or if you pack a lunch and enjoy the day...
