WaterFire Vineyards gets a 10-star mark for their COVID protocol and enforcement. They have found the perfect balance of assertiveness and courteousness, if there is such a thing. When we arrived, very late in the day on a Thursday, we were the only people at the vineyard. My 70-year-old mother tried to sneak a moment of non-mask-wearing and was promptly shut down. But in a nice way, I guess. I liked that.
The vineyard was - like most - beautiful. I'm not sure how much I care that their wine is SIP Certified, but that's another matter. There were only 4 or 5 wines to sample, but they were fine. They also had live entertainment. I would recommend...

Stopped in this past Saturday, right after a bus group was finishing up, and had the two owners assist us with our flights, so they were extremely knowledgeable about their wines. The best part was they both kept asking us what we thought of each wine we tried. They were genuinely looking for our opinions. Every wine was 5/5 and the salmon spread with crackers was the cherry on top! The place has a quaint charm to it. We'll be back every time...
