iStorage — Attraction in Minneola

I've been using storage places all over the country for a number of years now, including this facility over the years so I am a return customer, but comparing the last place I moved out of across the country recently to yesterday's experience at Extra Space Storage in Minneola w/ Sharon and Kelsys, this time was an exception. My experience was nothing short of outstanding. Some places have outdated software and complicated paperwork that takes up a lot of time and/or employees not used to the ins and outs of it. Sharon and Kelsys were eager to please, are very professional but also super friendly, efficient, courteous but personable, went the extra mile, and had me in and out of there in 20 minutes - no fuss no muss - and that includes showing me the space (which was move-in ready and clean). They also explained everything quickly. At my last facility, I had to sit through a 40-minute tutorial with a paper contract. It was ridiculous. And I could never navigate the online payment system. It simply didn't work. They were "switching over" to new software. I was assured me the online payment system be a cinch. It has been every time I've stored her in the past. This place...

I just ended my rental as we moved into our new home, and couldn't have been more happy with the storage of my personal items! It's easy to say "they're amazing" when you first rent the unit, it's something to come back once you're done! The staff was always so friendly and accommodating! I rented a climate controlled unit and was so pleased to see NO spiders/spider webs, lizards (which I totally expected, it's Florida), rodent droppings, roaches, sliverfish, NOTHING! I was able to tack ALL of my boxes from the unit, straight to my new home, without worrying about pests. There was NO rodent damage to any of my furniture/cloth items either and of course, no water damage. I went in on a Saturday afternoon, with the next months payment due that next day, and was able to cancel my rental without issue and no concern of being charged the next day! I would highly recommend this facility!!!

I am Absolutely satisfied with how I was treated at personal Mini storage in Minneola Florida. Renting a storage unit here is very easy and getting in and out is quick. My code works without any hassle and it’s 24 hours so I can come and go whenever I need to. The storage units are always clean and easily accessible. The best part here is the customer service and I am a repeat customer and The girls here at personal Mini storage are always smiling and ready to serve the community they are very helpful and I feel that my belongings are safe here I rented a unit here three years ago and I am now in the process of moving again I didn’t think twice about where I should go because I knew coming here I would be providing the best service. I would be doing myself an injustice if I did not spend my money here. Sharon was extremely helpful during my visit she is very knowledgeable about her product and when you ask her questions about what might fit where she knows exactly what she is talking about so I give them a five star rating if there was another star I’d give...
