White Oak Casino — Attraction in Minnesota

I was here a few weeks ago. And I had a issue with my coupon, and a shift manager was called. But when I seen this biggun coming I nearly crapped myself out of being creeped out by here dark attire. She was wearing all of not mostly black. Which isn’t bad…. But she gave me the creeps. And she didn’t give me Any welcoming vibes when she start talking to me. She instantly had me on the ropes with her bad attitude and talking down to me. I told her to slow her role. And try to please understand my situation before u start getting defensive. This only upset her more As She continued talking down to me. I finally said forget it and we left and stopped at the cass lake casino. I enjoyed gambling here, and the food was decent. But a place that has a manager that looks like walking death and has the same type of attitude. No thanks!

(Updated from this week- I stopped here later on this same Evening our way back home and a young man was the manager and found out that someone had my player card and stole/used my coupon, had the big dark one just been patient, she may have helped me as this young man did but she was unprofessional and tried...

I had a horrible experience there! I had four cards to a Royal Flush and Drew for the fifth card and indeed I did get a royal flush but the machine malfunctioned and did not hold one of the cards to complete my royal flush. I called management over there and asked them to look at their cameras and they told me they did not have cameras on the poker machines. I was extremely adamant about it !!!! and of course they came back and told me they could finally see the machine and the card wasn’t held, which was complete bullshit. I even had witnesses sitting next to me, but they didn’t care about the witnesses either. Then a half hour later they said they were sorry and gave me a $50 gift certificate certificate, which only proved that there was never a camera that they could see my hand. the machines are crap they need to be maintenance!! prior to that. A lady told me she was playing poker in her cards were flicking off as well. First of all why wouldn’t they have cameras on their machines?...

Nice little casino. Large parking lot makes it possible for trucks pulling fishing boats to stop in. Its smells of cigarette smoke inside the main casino area, but they do have a small area that is non-smoking and well ventilated. We were greeted at the door by a friendly employee.

We had a slot we wanted to play that wouldn't accept money and we pressed the service button and waited around. Although the service light was blinking ( as was the service light on a nearby machine), nobody ever came around to see what the problem was.

I saw a small eating area-- more like a snack bar--that appeared to serve burgers, fries, etc.. We didn't eat so I can't comment on quality, but the area was clean and well lit.

My wife played the slots a little and had regular, small ups and downs and freeplays on a penny machine that she was betting multiple lines on. We quit...
