BoatHenge — Attraction in Missouri

Down a nice, scenic drive from Columbia, Missouri you’ll find Cooper’s Landing, a photo-worthy old rusty bridge that’s been converted for use on the Katy Trail, and Boathenge! You’re right on the edge of the mighty Missouri River, and it really is a pretty place! It’s very peaceful, and Boathenge is just one of the many reasons you should take this drive. After following our GPS to a driveway, we made our way up the driveway to look for the boats. We were greeted by two dogs who seemed to be good guard dogs, but very friendly. Okay, this is a cool place, and if you’re on your way to the area, for whatever reason, I highly recommend making a quick stop even if you don’t try to visit BoatHenge, it’s just a beautiful area.
