My girlfriend and I randomly saw this place while returning from Arkansas. We decided to turn around and check it out and were blown away! The sheer size and quantity of the collections here are amazing! If you are interested in Native American artifacts, glassware, and minerals/crystals you will be amazed. This place just keeps going while you’re inside and every time you think you have seen everything there’s a whole new massive section as well as an upstairs and downstairs. The lady working was very nice and polite! We were also informed that they are currently doing construction and adding even more collections to it. This is truly a hidden gem! Don’t listen to any review with less than 5 stars, how could you ever complain about a place with free admission that has this much stuff?! The couple that owns the museum are saints for offering this for free and I believe more schools and education facilities should travel here, especially anything regarding history! If you are interested the area stop by because it’s...

While we had a great time and enjoyed looking at all the of the stuff...and there is A LOT of stuff. This place really is just a place where people donate stuff that they don't want or don't know what to do with. It's got a very well organized flea market feel to it. While there are is A TON of stuff from thousands of different glassware (i.e Vaseline Glass and carnival Glass) to a ton of different rocks and crystals; I do feel like there needs to be a trigger warning for if you're Jewish,Black,Native or of Japanese descent. There is a fair amount of Slavery,N@zi, KKK,Jim crow, native artifacts, what appeared to be just a pile of bone piece that were native, and japanese WW2 stuff with less than...

This place is Southwest Missouri's best kept secret gem. Nestled in the quiet community of Golden, at the intersection of Highways 86 & J this is one of the most all-inclusive museums I have ever been in. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but once you are through the doors.......WOWWWW! Everything from primitive arrowheads & bones to fancy fans & glassware (including at least 3 rooms full of Vaseline Glass in which you can go in & turn the black lights on! Simply stunning!!) And the best part of it ..... It's FREE, although we donated in the box at the end. It would take a person several days to really see everything in this museum. We plan on going back more than...

Riding my motorcycle through the ozarks. Came upon this place north of Eureka Springs. I had seen it on Google maps so I stopped in. I was blown away by the sheer volume of eclectic and interesting things to see. I was also shocked that admission is a free-will donation. I don’t carry much cash but left everything I had in my wallet. ($10) It is well worth the visit, just don’t forget to take cash as they do not have electronic pay systems in place.

We got the heads up on this museum from an employee of an antique store while vacationing in Eureka Springs, AR. Truly, this place is amazing and overwhelming. So much to see. The only drawbacks are, limited access for those with mobility issues and the displays aren't always in any sort of order. The world's largest turquoise carving is here, plus many other wonderful things!

When we visited in 2016, the exterior looked like your typical tourist trap promising all kinds of amazements and wonders. But to our surprise the place delivers. It's enormous inside with collections of Rocks & Minerals, fine glassware, hundreds of lunch boxes, Indian artifacts, stuffed animals, farm equipment, and more. We were quite impressed!
