Scenic Trails — Attraction in Modesto

Hands down the best park/trail system in Modesto. Great for trail runners, mountain biking, casual biking, kids on scooters or just walking. It's ignored but posted that bikes need to stay on the paved path. Also ignored but posted that no motorized vehicles are allowed on the trails.

A decent linear park trail that allows you to get nearly 10 miles of walking or cycling out and back. There are playgrounds for the children and ample parking at several locations along the park. Seems like a relatively safe park. I witnessed no homeless camps...
