Natures treatment was very busy and they had no customers so I thought I would try Terrace Cannabis out. Here’s my honest review: When I pulled up I was the only customer. I walked in and the guard was very friendly and let me know about some specials. He gets 5 stars. He buzzed me in and I immediately liked the bright openness of the room. The problem was there were no employees. I walked around saying, “hello?” For a good 30 seconds before I thought I would just use their computer kiosk and look at the selection. The kiosks did not respond to touch. I tried on 3 of them and none of them responded when I touched them. I looked around again for help and no one was there. So I decided to leave. As I’m leaving, the sole budtender came in from smoking. She was very nice and apologized. It’s not her fault they only have 1 person working, she gets 5 stars. She walked me over to a kiosk that is not behind their desk and the first one didn’t work, but the second she did worked. I found something I wanted that was priced at $55. I went back to her section and told her what I wanted. I was charged $62 which significantly more. Either there posted prices are fraudulent or they don’t include tax. Either one is lame. Then I went to leave and saw a manager come out from the office behind the reflective window. Where was he when I was wandering around asking for help? Manager Mike dragged me outa store with big scary security who banned me because I said I was reporting to corporate. There’s loss leaders in inventory,bad packaging, items sold inadvertently. Read moreI received poor service from bud tender. Asked about vape cartridge, like Jack Herer. I didn't get what I thought was discussed. I had my battery cartridge charger but the two items were incompatible for vaping but didn't know until I got home. I thought I specified cartridge as I have learned different brands may use special cartridges but only ran into that once before. NTI budtenders are so well versed that I learn much but not at this experience. Maybe dude was new, didn't know or care enough.
I received a twist dispenser that I have no idea what to do with. Can I get a refund? I am not sure how to use the product I received properly and not happy that I need to return to the store.
