Monitor Township Park — Attraction in Monitor Township

Terrible experience renting this pavillion. Terry was the least helpful person ever. Every time I asked a question his response was I don't know, I've never had anyone ask that! I was told to pickup the equipment bag the Friday before my rental. Luckily I stopped by to address other items and confirmed because that's when I learned they are not open on Fridays, though their website still says they are. The equipment bag weighs about 70 pounds and noone offered to help me get it out to my car. I specifically asked to have the water balloons from the previous rental cleaned up and they were not. Very large wide open park. Great walking paved trails. Dog-Friendly park, which I love that. My boy loves to walk the trails with me. Bathrooms are a bonus. The highway is a bit noisy, but nothing can be perfect. Certainly would not detour me from using this park. The driveway from the road in was filled with major pot holes in the fall, it was very tricky to drive around the large potholes. Now this park is really amazing the people who own it really take care of it I believe that it is a private owner not 100% sure the bathroom facilities are always clean always stocked up there is no trash laying around people of all ages come and walk their dogs there are poop baggie stations and the playground equipment is all in great condition loves to take my children here oh and they also have Lincoln walk around path or what not and they have little exercise equipment around the whole track...
