I ordered bags of collard greens, mustards and turnip greens with some bulbs on them. The bag of Collards was huge stalks as big as my wrist three bunches stuffed in the bag to make it look full but it was heavy from the stalks. When I took greens out to look and put it back in thr bag right it was half a bag with the leaves laying on the side. I never got such a poor bag from the father the son picked these. I will have to go buy some more at a grocery store it's no where near enough for my family. I called and I was told that's the way they're being cut. It is so fresh, sweet, and delicious that we are eating it off the cob, adding it to my homemade chili, putting it in salads, making corn fritters for breakfast, etc. I'm also freezing lots of it for the winter ahead. Just can't get enough of it!
