I went to Big Eddy right outside of Gold Bar, WA. It's such an incredible place to visit! Highly recommended. The river has very strong currents because of the recent snow melts. The water is very cold. They have parking and picnic tables near the water. Lots of trees for shade. It's my new favite place to go....

I didn't get a chance to fully explore this park yet, I only took the short trail at Raptor Point, but it was beautiful. The trail goes down hill from where you park and ends at the river. There's a mix of sandy and rocky beach, and lovely views. Definitely...

I love how clean this place is kept. It's absolutely beautiful here. Great boat launch access, fun little beaches. Great place to take a dog that is a strong swimmer. Just be careful. Don't let your dogs swim too far out. The current is stronger...
