Huckleberry Hiil Loop Trailhead offers a nice hike with some views of the bay. Plenty of trees offer variety but do obscure views from some of the highest points. The 185 steps can be used for repeat climbs for those so inclined, with a counting board at the base of the stairs to help keep track of number of climbs done. Views nice by the Presidio and Scenic Road.

A great loop up the hill leading to several natural trails up and around the hilltop. There's a quality map for navigation and the fog rolling through makes for a nice feeling short hike. There are stairs on the way up from the veterans park trailhead leading past the fence by the Presidio DLIFLC base.

Pretty good trails for this area. The trails that start directly from the parking lot are relatively challenging, you can take different paths and make your walk longer or shorter. There is also a spiderweb of trails across the road from the parking lot that has 1 main path that is partially paved but still has some steep parts. It is roughly 1.5...
