I heard this bridge is standing there for almost a century, if not more. The best thing about this place is to be a hotspot on CA-1 having most of the features of it - photographic views, beaches, hills, ridges, coves, creeks and clean sunset vista point, along with a free addition of a Victorian arch bridge. The pit spots are there in the both sides, but avoid crossing it by walk. Also, there are many high steep trails which might seem romantic to hike, but once it caused me a fall and bleeding. The bridge was gorgeous but there was this cute little squirrel that stole the show. It was the friendliest squirrel ever. I think it expected us to feed it as when we knelt down to take photos of it (from a distance) it ran up to us. When we stood, it struck poses and held them while we took took the photos of it we wanted. Note: we did NOT feed it. Actually, it was quite creepy as that behavior is so unusual.
