This a great little trail system that makes you feel like you're out there without having traveled that far. We did have some idea that the trails were stroller/wheel chair friendly which was not the case, things were navigable with our stroller, but not friendly. We really enjoyed walking by the creek but will definitely remember but spray next time, who knew so many mosquitos would be out in the middle of the day? At one point I saw the baby getting bit by five mosquitoes at once! That's when we called it a day. The whole family had a great time and while area of soft dirt, weather erosion, narrow trails, tree roots, and a couple of pretty steep spots made these trails better suited for a hiking pack for the baby, my two year old and three year old daughters were able to get around just fine. We will be back to these trails...

So Lagoon Park was a super cool place to take my dog there's not a lot of dog parks around when we went it was actually King's birthday he had a wonderful time was super tired afterwards which is great because he's a very active dog and they have roughly around to Trails across country to Trail and then they also had to just the river scene Trail which was pretty cool as well we did both of them we spent time there and it was pretty fine you should really take your dogs there it's a leased facility so they have to be leashed but it's it was super exciting I will go back and back and back...

A system of trails on (mostly) level property, some trails cover wooded land and others wander beside creeks teaming with fish and turtles. Birds and butterflies abound. It's a very pleasant way to get fresh air and exercise. I have been twice, both visits during the week. In March right after schools closed the creek trail was pretty popular with cyclists and other hikers. On the last Wednesday in August I didn't see a soul beyond the parking lot. Worth a visit if...

Clean and beautiful nature trail. We did part of the creek trail and were not disappointed with the peaceful nature of the walk. One disclaimer MUST bring bug spray!!!! We had to turn around from the hoards of little beasties that surrounded the baby stroller. The path is mainly dirt and stroller friendly for those willing to deal with some tree roots and loose rocks in places. Recommend a hiking backpack to hold the baby for ease.

Perfect for families! They have walking, hiking & biking trails that take you around the park. There is nice size covered picnic area that is located next to the playground. A very nice lodge you can rent for events. The bathrooms are located on the outside and normally unlocked for you to use while visiting the park. The park also has a few ponds around the main area you can walk around.

It's small but it packs a lot of cool stuff. We hike, bike, walk dogs, and spot wildlife here on a regular basis. Most recently I've seen geese with babies, herons, a cormorant, a juvenile box turtle, and some kind of recently hatched reptile eggs. 90% of the trails are heavily shaded so it's not too bad even in the summer. Check it out!
