Montgomery National Golf Club — Attraction in Montgomery

Out here now. Feeling rushed, and now uncomfortable. The nice gentleman at the counter had to drive out and tell us to hurry up. Which we found rude, hurtful and disrespectful. I wish we could ask for a refund, but we purchased the special pay now online nonrefundable option.

I'm not playing, yet being Mom and carting my boys around, I found joy in just being. I only joined because I got the day off of work, and wanted to hang with them and the day was going to be beautiful! Can you imagine how I would feel if we didn't have a cart, or have I played?? I would have left feeling devastated and never have wanted to try again.

The saddest part, is I had to use the restroom since hole 6 and didn't feel comfortable stopping.

This was purchased as a Father's Day gift for my husband and son, both being Beatle's lovers!

Sadly, I cannot recommend if you're looking to enjoy the day and have fun on Father's Day with your family.

With that said, everything was pleasant and it seems like a nice course. Besides the Beatle themed score cards, not much stands out to much of a themed Beatle's course- the cause of us being here.

So we apologize to all of those that had to wait impatiently for my family to golf. Happy Father's Day. And thank you for keeping us looking over our shoulder from hole 6-18.

From the moment you walk into the club house, Greg greets you with open arms.

I understand this course was recently purchased by Greg and is going through an exciting transformation in the coming years.

As you play the course, you get to enjoy some really great holes of risk and reward.

The greens are rolling really nice, quick and very true. Another person in my group was making bombs 💣 from 20ft+ without a problem; I believe he shot his lowest score ever of -6.

I believe as this course undergoes a transformation in the coming years, you will see this it only get busier.

Really neat history shared off hole 1 to the left of the fairway, near the big tree 🌲. I included a picture from today’s round.

Btw. Inside the club house Greg sells some amazing seasoned pretzels, you best buy at least one tub of it when you check-in and one tub...

I recently visited this golf course to check out its new clubhouse and was I ever impressed. It was very obvious the owner put a lot of time and thought into the design process. It is not only a clubhouse but is also available to the public for eating/drinking, weddings, etc. The owner is both a golf and Beatles nutHe has some incredible Beatles memorabilia in the clubhouse and the grounds, including a super rare jukebox and a yellow submarine! He is also very polite and conversational and will chat with anyone - when he's not busy running the business!
