Lake End Park — Attraction in Morgan City

Love this place ❤️. I will go back soon, great for boating and fishing especially but not only 🛥️🐟🎣. Sometimes I just sit on the docs, also great for walking, joging or bikeing🚶🏃🚴. I would suggest going just visiting to see, and the nature is good for inspiration🌳🐿️🚙. You can stare in the lake for hours and get so much inspiration for writing or drawing😮✏️✍️. And the Squirrels 🐿️🐿️🌳🐿️ so small and cute, amazing to feed, especially if your walking on the shaded side of the trail❣️❤️💓. But it's not only squirrels 🦆🦆😗😗 ducks and other birds are great bread eaters 🍞. And the beach it cool, great for playing in Sand 🏖️. The parks are cute and fun your your small Fry's 🏞️Also last thing is the snowball stand. Alot of good stuff like any snowball stand so if your walking bring some extra money 💰💵 to get you something good if it's up^^

Also note on holoween, it's great for kids and adults with people making things. Best place to spend it around here^^ Start make your costume now if you want to win the costume contest 👹. That being said it fills up in a blink of an eye so be ready if you plan to go on the scariest night of the year🕷️🕷️.

Very nice place to go with ur family. Everyone is so friendly, they even have friendly squirrels that eat right out of ur hand. They have places for people who want to spend night in just a tent. They have cabins to rent. They have a boat dock where u can go into lake an fish, but also can fish off the rocks along lake. They have tons of camper spots that are under beautiful oak trees alot of spots are located in good shady areas they have firer spot to burn wood they even have picnic tables at each camper site. They do have a snowball stand that opens around noon until 6 or 630pm everyone is quite at night no loud noise etc. Best for last they even have there own lil beach with sand. So nice. And I forgot to mention they also have a Play ground area and a walk way for those who want to exercise or walk w strollers even that goes all around the camp site. I highly recommend this place for a family wkend get away. U will diff enjoy it. They even have an ice machine that sells 10pd bags and 20 pd bags for 1.50 to 2.50 if in need of more ice. It'd not hard to find as for as location very easy to get to using GPS and travel wise if coming from Abbeville or erath ur looking good about an hr drive. Not bad at all for a good friendly family wkend away to make great memories that will last a lifetime!! I diff enjoyed it there and plan to go...

WARNING TENT CAMPERS! DONT COME HERE! Sad sad tent camping. Apparently this place has a prejudice against tenters. This is the WORST tenting area I have ever stayed at. It’s great for RVs. Acres and acres of empty campsites along the water and throughout the lovely park, but people in tents get stuck 100 feet from the constantly busy and loud highway. And all the traffic from people entering and leaving the park on our other side. WHAT!!!!!????? We asked for a little site for one night elsewhere but ‘NO’ was the answer. Only RVs in RV sites and tents in tent sites. “ HELLO “ your place was 1/2 empty! And this park has no security gate and anyone can drive in at any time! This was like a punishment area! We had to set up next to maintenance shed to help with privacy too! $24. Electric but No water either. PLUS NO MILITARY OR SENIOR DISCOUNT FOR TENTERS!!!!!!!!!! Why do you hate tent campers? We stayed because they had us over a barrel! The only wish I could deduct stars. Out of 4 sets of washer/ dryers only one unit worked and everyone was waiting for the one...
