I have never been so offended by an experience. I have patroned this establishment prior and even bought the cds of the son and daughter. Today we returned for a bachelorette's for my younger sister. This experience has left a distasteful taste. They started with an awkward hiccup of a strange comparison of a light skinned person and sun to a wine. Mind you I'm black and light skinned, so I was not sure if this was a failed attempt in being humorous. We ordered a table full of tastings and 3 additional bottles. We asked for additional cups separately from our tasting glasses and were met with an attitude saying they only give one glass per customer. It was not disclosed to us that our glasses for the tasting and the separately purchased bottles were limited to the one. At this point we were already subjected to an unacceptable experience, so we asked if they could PLEASE* bring the check. The lady which I know is the mother/ owner responded "I'm not your slave, you can go to the front and pay for your check." Mind you nothing merited the response. The owner was continuing to speak rudely when she was met by a response that she deserved by my mother about how to speak to young women with respect. How do you serve a table but not bring the check? Again I'm black, do not compare grabbing a bill for us to pay your personal business to slavery. This experience was insensitive and gross. You get paid for your services. We bought 3 bottles and a table of tastings. We were treated as if we were an unruly bachelorette team when everyone in the party is sober, educated and civilized unlike the pre judgmental people that work here. I do not recommend this place. They came off elitist and if a team of beautiful women wear matching shirts offends you, deny service rather than give them the worst experience you can manage. She upset and offended the bride and bridal party. Who says my service is a reflection to you? That's 1 not true, we weren't rude and 2 unprofessional, this is a business. I hope the owner reads this and reflects because her behavior was...

LONG HISTORY OF HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEWS. Unfortunately, despite the short and abrupt email correspondence from RoniJo, I went against my better judgment and planned a bridal shower here.

Guests beware, RoniJo and daughters treat their guests like burdens rather than paying customers.

Whenever I asked clarifying questions upon arrival and throughout the event, I would get long-winded responses how they could not meet needs per the original agreement. There was no sense of organization or direction because they were so focused on providing minimal service.

**RoniJo and her blue-haired daughter kept noting it was a wine tasting, but let me be clear on the actual experience:

They opened three bottles and left it on one table out of three. There was no explanation of the type of wine until I prompted them. They didn't pour. The wine is subpar. When I asked them how the tasting would be offered, it was another gripe. But then they blamed me when the wine tasting was confusing and awkward.

Hands down, the worst tasting experience. It's clear RoniJo and her daughters ride on the beauty of the property, which was the only highlight of the day.

I tried to host a beautiful event with what was supposed to be special, but unhappy humans like spreading their...

Our recent visit was unfortunately marred by an unwelcoming and confrontational atmosphere, largely due to the owner's demeanor towards families with young children. Despite the property's beauty, our experience was soured by the owner's insistence on enforcing a strict rule that children must be either on hand or on our laps at all times.

Despite our efforts to ensure our children, aged 2 and 3, remained well-behaved and nearby, we were abruptly asked to leave. The owner's approach to enforcing this rule was not only disrespectful but also left us feeling unwelcome and unfairly treated.

Furthermore, the manner in which the owner demanded we pay the tasting fee, emphasizing that we were guests in "her house," was needlessly confrontational and off-putting.

Given our experience, we strongly recommend the owner consider revising its policy to simply state that children are not permitted on the property. This approach would spare other guests the discomfort of being yelled at in the moment, which we found to be...
