Main Entrance Picnic Area — Attraction in Morgan Hill

Very good place for picnic with family and friends. Few tables underneath trees. You can cook here & there's water tap with clean running water. Free parking,plenty of spaces. Adjoining Calero county hills offers miles and miles of hiking. We hiked all the way to Bald Eagle's Peak,it took us nearly 3 hours to hike 4 miles to reach on top. I ride my horse onto the trails at Calero from this entrance. It is a open area with a few wood picnic tables and trees. There is a horse trough and step-up block. Restrooms are port-a-potty style.
