My husband and I went today. We had a pretty decent time, parking takes a while, it’s also $20 to park on weekends. Which is why I’m deducting one star. This place isn’t large enough to charge $20 to park. If you go on a weekday Monday through Thursday, it’s free apparently. Which, of course most people aren’t able to go during the week due to work like my husband and I. The parking fee almost kept us home. Once we paid and only took about five minutes for a worker to wave us over to a lane that had an empty parking spot. So that was nice, I’d say parking today took us about 20 minutes all together. The next line was the ticket line, if you don’t wanna do any of the rides or attractions, you can skip this giant line. I did move somewhat at a decent pace, but it took at least 25 minutes. Most attractions will run you about eight dollars per person unless you buy the all access attraction pass. We were nervous since we didn’t know how bad the lines would be. So we asked the girl at the counter how bad the corn maze and hay ride would be. She let us know that the corn maze, you should be able to just walk up too, and the hayride should probably be the shortest line out of all the train rides. So we did two for both of those. We debated pumpkin blasters which we didn’t get and I’m glad. $8 for three shots after waiting probably in what looked to be an over hour wait seemed ridiculous to us. So we enjoyed just watching others play that. As for the hayride the girl at the counter was right. Somehow we lucked out and walked right up and got on with no wait time! The hayride I think is a great deal if you don’t want to wait a long time. But want to say you did something. It’s cute, could be cheaper. But hey this is a tourist attraction so I expect some pricey things. You still see some of there famous dinosaurs. Plus plenty of pretty flowers. So I think if you don’t want to wait forever for the trains you see when you first get there. Do the hayride 🤷🏻‍♀️ the corn maze was fun. They try to get you to scan a QR code that has the map for the maze but I guess they don’t factor in that there is a little to no good cell service so we could not get the map to load. Somehow we made it out in probably under 25 minutes. It was busy so a decent amount of people were in there. After a while you keep seeing the same people and realize quickly which paths to take. As for food and other things we didn’t bother. They need more options because the lines were ridiculous. So after we left we drove a few miles down there road to in and out burger. Which was busy but I had a burger in 10 minutes. So I know faster than anything I could get here. I wanted kettle corn but that line was at least 45 people deep. Other than the hay, rotten, corn maze we just walked around quick and took pictures. So I definitely feel $20 for parking is ridiculous. Tourist attraction or not they are not a big enough location to be charging that. While waiting in line for ride tickets when we got there, we noticed a lot of families walking out just handing their tickets to other families stating they were done waiting in line. I think the farm wasn’t expecting to get that popular this year. There’s definitely room for improvement, like adding another big ticket booth. The what seven windows they have now doesn’t help the lines and the frustrated families. Parking on weekends could definitely be $5-10. Especially if the location is gonna stay this size. If they were able to expand and make more attractions or make the current rides longer I could see a $20 parking fee. Overall for those reading I’d say the expect lines. This place went viral on tiktok a few times which I think helped boost their already usual popularity. Just set your expectations low and be surprised I didn’t think we’d go on anything after I heard about all the wait times. But we still did...

Unprofessional and discriminatory owner and poor management: dumping staff’s mistakes on customer.

I would like to provide unbiased feedback for this facility: it has the best facility around bay areas, and our family visited every year before.

On Oct 29th, 2023, my family arrived at Spina Farms Pumpkin Patch at 9:00 AM. We purchased combo tickets for $35 each, which included admission to all rides and attractions. We went on several rides without incident, but when we arrived at the dinosaur ride, we were told that our combo tickets were not valid. We asked if we could use our tickets for another ride, but we were refused. We have been asked to back to the entrance line, waited for extra 1hrs to get the ticket.

We then waited in line for 20 minutes for the Dinosaur ride, but the staff closed the ride before we could get on. We asked the staff why they did not let us know that the ride was closing earlier, but they did not provide an explanation.

The staff also allowed a white family to ride the Dinosaur ride after it was closed, but they refused to let us ride. We asked the staff to explain their actions, but they ignored us and called security.

The operation manager "Daniel Estrada", who claim is the owner of the property then arrived and sided with the staff.. He refused to listen to our complaints and told us to leave. We explained that we had obeyed all of the rules and that we had been treated unfairly, but the owner did not care.

We asked Daniel Estrada to refund our parking fee and the cost of our combo tickets, but he only refunded the cost of the Dinosaur ride tickets.

We are not the only family was been treated unfairly, the other Indian family who explain the staff did not place close sign before we got into the line, was asked to leave. The Asian Family were treated poorly, unrespectfully, and not allowed to complain.

While I bring my kid in the car, my kids hugged his Dinosaur toy, and asked me “why we are been treated like this? Is that because we look different than them?”

I called the owner, and told him this incident is hurting my family and my son’s metal health; Daniel Estrada picked up the phone and hanged off the phone.

I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by the way we were treated at Spina Farms Pumpkin Patch. The staff and the operational manager Daniel Estrada(owner?) were unprofessional and discriminatory. I will never visit this business again, and I urge others to do the same.

In my opinion: The owner should apologize to my family and the other family that was discriminated against.

The business should train its staff on how to provide customer service and how to resolve customer complaints. The business should develop a clear anti-discrimination policy and post it prominently in the facility.

I am considering taking legal action against Spina Farms Pumpkin Patch for discrimination and mental damage. I have consulted with an attorney, and I am confident that I have a...

This was our first time going to Spina Farms since they’ve moved locations.

We went on a Saturday afternoon. We arrived around 5:15pm ish and it took about 45 min to get into the parking. The lines are pretty long to enter.

I would suggest to plan ahead and arrive earlier, so you don’t waste time waiting in the car lines.

There are portable potties right before the entrance. They do their best to clean them but it’s just not very pleasant. Especially, if you have kids.

I suggest using restrooms before arriving to the pumpkin patch or be prepared for the portable potties. Which is the only reason why I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars. Portable potties with kids is not fun at all… I have two daughters 4 & 7. It’s not fun when little kids have to use the restroom and the portable potties are not very pleasant.

Some suggestions: • Take wipes for restroom (incase there is no toilet paper in porta potties) • Hand sanitizer to disinfect hands from dirty restrooms • Wear shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty walking through the pumpkin patch. I was wearing white shoes and they came out brown at the end of the nite. • Weather is warm during the day and can get cold in the evening, so dress appropriately • Arrive early, if you’d like to Buy tickets for the rides. The tickets line can get pretty looooong. • If you don’t want buy food there, you may take some snacks in your bag or water.

The photo locations are very cute. The best time for photos is an hour before sunset, so 6pm was great lighting.

Food is pretty good. The ticket line was ridiculously long, so we didn’t want to waste time in line. It was around 6:30pm and that line looked like it would’ve taken an hour or more. They close the rides an hour before closing time. Therefore, we would’ve only had a few minutes to maybe get on one ride.

Instead, we walked around the whole pumpkin patch, taking photos, eating, sat for a bit, danced for awhile. My daughters had fun, even without getting on the rides. Although, I’m sure they would’ve the rides. They look pretty neat for the kids.

So definitely recommend arriving early to have enough time for being in the traffic for parking, time for being in line for the tickets and lines for the rides.

We do prefer the other location but the pumpkin patch was still fun!

Happy...
