We drive from Nor Cal to Washington fairly frequently to visit family. We have driven this route before but this is the first time we've stopped at the Museum. We'll definitely do it again!
It's a great set-up; park outside for kids and animals, bathrooms, water... there is even a bicycle repair stand with tools if you are on tour.
The staff is very friendly; we greatly appreciated their candor. There are also things for the kids to do and touch inside 5he museum. We really appreciated an experience for the whole family....
