ETA - I just tried the soft red wheat berries that I bought for chocolate chip cookies. Yum!

I ordered organic Glen hard red wheat berries. The grain was perfectly clean. The description says Glen has a strong flavor but we didn't find it strong. It's delicious. I made plain bread and our favorite, Cinnamon Swirl, and we loved the flavor.
