Camp Columbia Tower — Attraction in Morris

I love this place. The tower is very cool. Not often you get to experience something like this. Usually because the attraction is unsafe due to vandalism or just age. The tower has a little graffiti but an amazing view and a somewhat thrilling climb for anyone with a slight fear of heights. The tower feels sturdy and looks very well maintained. It is the highlight of the property but don't miss out on the great trails and forest bathing offered throughout...

A quick hike up to a stunning tower for those who like little effort, but high reward! But for those who like a little bit more of a challenge, there’s plenty of paths that make their way around the entire park (though a little overgrown). Charming, unfortunately littered with graffiti, but a lovely space that I visit multiple times a year and the beauty never ceases to amaze me! Very pet friendly. A must-go spot...

Highly recommend for ALL - it’s an easy walk out and back- with an amazing view from the top of the tower!! I do warn you to yield with caution!! Don’t let the children run out ahead - we do have mountain lions here. They tend to stay camouflaged :)...
