Lakeside Marina — Attraction in Morristown

My father an me have rented though this dock an the same family for 26 years. For 9 months the walkway has had 8 in wide holes in it. Sheets of tin sticking up out of the lake everywhere. Stuff getting stolen multiple times. An still charged us full rental slip price an they haven't had electric or water since late October. Very unsafe. Not professional. Almost broke my leg walking down the dock that I pay rent on monthly because of the holes. But I moved my boat an I'm out of that joke of a business. An yes I will leave a bad review so people from out of town can see what type of people there dealing with. To loose power an water 9 months an still counting. An still charged full price for the boat slips just shows the pure greed an true type of ppl you all are. Just read the other reviews from others it says it also. liquor an beer bottles by the piles in there gravel lot. Y'all wasn't getting my dead father's boat like all the others you all have seized. An all the trash you all have just piled into that once beautiful cove is now full of split docks. An half sunken boats sticking out of the water. The kids from the campground can't even swim safely cause all the busted docks that are piled into the corner. Old store. Shouldnt that all be thrown away or just sit over there like it has the past 2 years. Haha wow. Before you choose this place. Look into. German Creek. Cherokee / hamblen boat dock. Fall Creek. The lady running the marina could not have been any nicer, but that’s where the good stuff ends. We paid 350.00 for 4 hours. The boat we got for 7 of us was big and old but that didn’t bother us. About 20 minutes into our trip the boat was sounding an alarm and the motor wouldn’t trim any longer. I called in and was told to try to tighten the battery cables which I did. Didn’t change anything, as well as all of the gauges not working on the boat. So they came out to check us out, and eventually switched boats with us with a much smaller, very slow old boat with, again, all gauges not working. We packed onto this little old boat with torn seats and tried to enjoy our day. With the amount of people we had this thing would barely move. I was thinking that when we got back we would be offered some kind of partial refund, but instead charged us 40 dollars for gas when it wasn’t on full when they brought it to us. The young lady explained that the gas gauge doesn’t work and they go by how much it takes to fill it. This place is a shipwreck. Went and rented a boat for the day got a call from the marina to bring it back 4 someone else because someone else called wanting to use that boat that was already rented out to us so we turned around 45 minutes into our trip on the water bring them a boat back they kept my deposit said there was red clay mud on the boat there's was no more red clay mud than there was on others who brought theirs in I will not suggest this place to no one if they want to lose their deposit that's the place to go if you want just to be told to return your boat that you paid for for another couple who wants it for longer that's where you want to go my suggestion is to go somewhere else the boat that I received the second time would not even idle across the water it was horrible the lady at the boat dock there did not want here nothing I had to say about it and there was nothing I could do about it I suggest go somewhere else because it cost me $600 to yes idle across the...
