
I've seen at least 45 different musicals at Timberlake. This is my first time reviewing. I'm always impressed by the updates each year that I go. It's picture perfect scenery and there isn't a bad seat in the house. I do recommend spending the extra for the table seating so you get the whole experience.
That being said, the reason I chose this time to review is because Waitress is currently at the venue and I'm telling you this is by far their best production. It was cast perfectly. Read moreThe venue was in a very scenic spot. The seating in the playhouse was great. The play that I went to see was not represented well. The language I wish I could unhear. The gyrations of the dancers on stage were disgusting. I will be very careful about going there again and would check out any play that is advertised much better than I did this one. There were young teenagers there with their parents and should never have been allowed in the building in my opinion. Don't know that I will ever go back and was embarrassed to be part of a church group that was in attendance. Several of us left at the end of the first act because of the content of the play. Read moreI attended Mama Mia Saturday after noon. it was wonderful. the energy of the actors was great. I listened to the sound track of Mama Mia today and I can say with out a doubt that the Timberlake playhouse actors blew it out of the water. they were so much better and put so much in to the songs. the Winner Takes It All gave me goosebumps and I had tears in my eyes by the time she was done.
