Me and my family enjoyed our time away from the city at Long and Scotts Farm. It was a quick 45 minute drive from Orlando.

Purchasing tickets was no hassle, as you can buy in person or online for $15 a person. Parking was free which was nice. I did think however that paying $15 per adult was steep, as the only activity for adults were the mazes. I can see why kids were charged $15, as many of the activities were catered to their age group.

Children around 3 - 10 years old, would especially enjoy themselves as they had a small zip line, a tot park, a potato sack slide, fishing around a small pond for $2 extra (dont feed the gator), there was a large wooden playground with the old school tire swing and tires you could jump on, they had a large air filled bounce pillow, a “tire castle” made of sand and tractor tires, a rock maze (which was kinda pointless), corn hole, they also had a wind tunnel surrounded by tons of mud (so throw on your boots), a tractor ride for $4 extra through the farm, & carnival food that my teenager enjoyed ALOT!

They had four types of mazes, 2 were dinosaur themed corn mazes, one was for younger kids and the other for groups, teens or families. You can pick up a flag and map guide at the start of the maze and you can “mark” where you have trekked so far; put on the right shoes and some repellent and you’ll do just fine. They also had a tree maze, as well as a rope maze, which were muddy, so we didn’t bother. There was plenty of photo stops and props, and local shops selling their crafts and food. We brought our puppy and we seen others with their pups as well. It was an overall good time, just wish there was more for the older kids to have...

This is a great corn maze experience for the whole family! On a clear dry day it's perfect. There are playgrounds for the kids, a smaller maze for the little ones and a big maze for your big kids. I recommend taking a picture of the maze posted at the front, you will need it (picture attached). There's also a picture of the maze with all key locations clearly shown at the end of the maze in case you missed something (picture attached). We managed to complete the maze in about 2 hours with kids ages 10 to 15. If you're concerned about the maze being too small on a 7 acre patch, don't be, it will keep you busy. The kids started complaining during the last half hour, which they might not have if we'd started by using the picture of the map sooner. We ran across others lost in the maze who needed the map too. You do not need to purchase the red glasses to see the printed map.

Outside of the maze there are some concessions (Kona ice, lemonade, kettle corn, etc.) and some local artisan stalls. Kids activities include a slide, a bouncy inflatable floor (no walls bouncy castle for the little ones), tractor tires, a big fan concrete wind tunnel, a tunnel, a car you can use chalk to draw on, a large wooden playground, swings, a small zipline, a fishing pond (they're was a gator in the middle), some picnic areas, a cute vegetable market, and, of course, a hay ride. Plenty to do and see. We arrived at 2:30pm and it closes for the day crowd at 5 pm. I recommend going earlier if you want time to do and see it all and have time for...

My wife and I saw some information on a TV article. We had tried to find it before seeing the TV program, but we didn't have enough information to locate it, being new to Florida. It was a nice drive for us from up around Lady Lake. While we didn't do the corn maze, we did shop in the store for sweet corn (it was delish) and some pumpkins for fall decorating. It was worth the visit for us. We will visit again. It's a nice place to visit as a couple or family. So, We visited Long and Scott's again today. We wanted to get some of that Zellwood sweet corn 🌽. We took a friend along with us. She had never been there before (i don't think she had ever heard of it). I talked with one of the owners and the farm stand will be closing sometime on June as harvest times and farming is coming to and end. They will be opening again later in the year. They will be closing this operation, though, in about a year. They are downsizing. Take advantage of the corn - support a "family" operation that has been around a long time - serving the Florida Community. Andy...
