Came to pickup my son from a birthday party at this establishment. My daughter and I proceeded to walk towards the paintball area and were asked if we signed a waiver. I said I had but my daughter had not. We were told we could not go into the outside of the paintball area without signing a waiver, which is fine if thatâs their policy. I have no issues with that. However, my son had attended another birthday party there a few weeks prior and at that time I had not signed a waiver and was allowed to move freely about all of the paintball areas. In fact, the employee who was there at the time invited the parents to a viewing area outside the paintball fenced areas. This is why my daughter and I just started to walk to the same area this time. As I told the employee. (Or maybe the owner) that I didnât sign the waiver last time, she refuted and continued to tell me I did because they didnât allow anyone to go in the area without one. She continued to tell me that was their policy and I continued to tell her, I understand itâs your policy, Iâm just telling u I did not sign one last time. She and, I guess another employee or maybe co-owner, comes out to explain the âpolicyâ again. I again tell them both, I am not debating the policy, simply telling them that I did not sign one last time. At that point, I said they did not understand English as the female continued to tell me I was arguing about the policy. My comment about them not understanding English enraged them and I was told to leave the property and I was trespassing. This is while my son is still playing a game of paintball, I of course was not leaving without my son. They eventually went to get him and as he was turning in his gear and I was talking to parent the male employee/boss starts to yell about me leaving the property and about then matching my energy. Two very unprofessional employees or owners whichever they may be. I also learned that my son was made to sit out a game because he shot a paintball at a leaf in a tree. I assume they would say, âthatâs their policyâ. All this to say the employees/owners are very unprofessional and sensitive, maybe even lairs and possibly could have some biases towards certain...
Read moreMy Family and I tried making reservations for this location. We seen discounted rates off Groupon and bought them. We were told by one person that option wasnât available but the woman employee could not prove this claim in there policy. The women we spoke to became agitated and rude with us. As an chain reaction we matched the energy. A man who identified himself as the owner Andrew; replaced the woman on the phone with himself; agreed to accept partial of what we bought from Groupon with us buying a full price package from there direct location instead of us using the full discounted rate paid previously from Groupon. We agreed to the terms because Andrew complained that they would not make the amount of money desired. It wasnât fair for us but, we tried understanding and supporting small businesses during this pandemic.
We were not told ahead of time we would have to switch the times that were previously discussed and forced to accept a different time. We told Andrew we would call back shortly to confirm with everyone, the new times. We called back 3 minutes later to agree and was met with the previous rude lady. We mentioned who we were and calling back and her tone was quite aggressive. We said, âare we going to be able to book with you or will it be a problem and we should finish this off with Andrewâ. She told us off and Andrew replaced her on the call for the 2nd time and claimed we were being rude and our voices were to aggressive and demanded we get a refund from Groupon because they would not accept our reservation.
We pleaded with Andrew to fix the matter and he became entitled with privilege. We have supported this business for 6 years and actively attended 4 years out of the 6. Their was no regard to our loyalty for the business and privileged won. This business actively use Groupon to market to the public for attraction but do not fully honor what you purchase.
Our review isnât to sway your option to attend but to bring attention to the fact that; this business forgot great customer service, confirming dates and times followed with not honoring prices for services that...
Read moreLots of fun to play paintball here. Whether youâre brand new or a more experienced player, Xtreme Paintball delivers a great time.
For Beginners: The experience is super smooth. The staff gets you geared up, walks you through everything, and makes sure youâre comfortable before heading out. Perfect place to try paintball for the first time.
For Experienced Players: The courses are unique and a blast to play on. Youâve probably never run games on fields quite like these. They are thematic hyperball maps with solid layouts.
Crash Site and Nuke Town are absolutely wicked. Both are hyperball-style maps with immersive props/bunkers. One has a downed airplane in the middle, the other has wrecked buses and cars. Like you can actually go inside the bus if you want lol. Themed, fast-paced, and just super fun to play. The way the courses are designed add a whole new strategic layer to the game in a really fun way, that really feels like it makes sense.
Ambush Acre is their woodsball-style map. Itâs not my personal favorite, it tends to play slower, with more camping and less action. But if youâre into that woodsball vibe, you might enjoy it more than I do. Just know that all three courses are part of the normal rotation when you play about 1.5 hours per map I think.
One personal wish is that I could spend more time on Crash Site and Nuke Town. Those 2 courses are just that good. And if they ever decide to add another course I think a more classic, symmetrical, speedball-type field but done in the Xtreme Paintball style would be awesome.
TLDR: Paintball here is fun and you will...
