A beautiful spot to pick up the trail. The trail crosses over 91 right at the intersection with Cross Mountain Trail (not where Google shows it). There is a large gravel parking lot. Going north on the trail there is an ADA accessible section for about .5 miles.

Hiked from Cross Mtn to Watagua lake. Trail is overgrown 7-5-21, there was a sketchy guy who looked dangerous. But was a great hike, beautiful scenery, and good water sources. Around 19.5 miles from 91 to...
