Fantastic campus. What a brilliant place to visit let alone work. Google have used amazing levels of technology to make this place beautiful, environmentally friendly and hospitable. Free food, free coffee, and even free exercise bikes. Definitely worth a visit.

It is open only on weekdays for general visitors who may enter with staff. We were stopped after a while because we went on a Saturday. This is a Google building built on NASA's land, and the entire roof is made of solar panels.

Excellent campus with a very radical approach. Extremely informal and highly decorative layout in the common areas. Excellent eating places spread around. No doubt Google is one of the best places to work.

Not a friendly place for the public. No public restrooms at the visitor center, which is weird. It slowly dawned on me that I had wandered into some royalty’s private reserve, replete with gardeners who I thought would be eager to give a tour for the public on the beautiful grounds, but instead had no time of day for questions on the flora. You will be escorted out if your elderly father gets the exit door mixed up. This experience has turned me against Google and the tech oligarchy. The people at NASA Ames Visitor Center are nicer and won’t object to your using the gender...
