Google Bay View 4 — Attraction in Mountain View

As a Googler traveling solo for work, this place was exactly what I needed. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and private room in an incredibly convenient location - especially for someone like me who can't be bothered to rent a car, given that Uber-s take 10+ minutes to arrive.

I don't think it deserves the bad rep it gets for being more like a "hostel" than a hotel. There're towels, toilet supplies, bottled water, private bathroom, daily cleaning service and other basic amenities you'd expect at a hotel that a hostel wouldn't have provided.

I personally prefer it over fancier hotels I've stayed at in the area and will be staying here...

If you're working at the Bayview office this place is super convenient. The gym right across is better equipped than most other gyms I've seen, including theraguns, coaches and compression chairs. There's a happy hour on Tuesday, the MK serves breakfast and is kept stocked. The rooms are good enough, have everything I needed, including a steamer iron and a yoga mat. The sink is a bit small, the TV has plenty of streaming options and bed is comfy. There was always someone at reception...

Perfect place for Googlers travelling to MTV for a short trip. Nice and clean room and bathroom, comfy bed, all necessary amenities, nice views of the campus and the bay, quite surroundings. Just a perfect place for a solo Googler traveller. Wash basin could've been a bit bigger and for laundry you can go to BV 100. Otherwise fully recommended.
