Elegant Farmer Station (East Troy Electric Railroad) — Attraction in Mukwonago

I have been riding this train for more than two decades with my family. We love the experience and have supported the East Troy and Lake Geneva communities in every way we can.

Today’s train ride was absolutely abhorrent.

There were two conductors: a nice gentleman who drove the train, and an absolutely abrasive senior who yelled at everyone nonstop. Outright yelled. Would not use the PA. Would not adjust volume when the train stopped.

I spoke with the former on my way off the train and he indicated the latter was a new guy. With that said, This experience was traumatic for many people, including the baby that started wailing after the old man screamed not a foot away from it.

Please revisit your hiring and firing practices and return this train to its former glory. No one wants to pay to be screamed at by a hostile old train conductor on...

We have been coming to the Elegant Farmer since I was a kid. The farm is a beautiful place to hunt pumpkins and apples. The pulled pork sandwich and caramel apple afterwards is one of our favorite treats. The store and tasting room are so charming and full of treats you can't get anywhere else.
