I went at a busy time, the viewing platform was pretty congested and it was hard to get up to see the falls. But, there is a trail that goes off into the woods just before you get to the viewing platform that will take you to the upper part of the falls. (The trail is a little more difficult to traverse than the walking path leading to the viewing platform but we saw families with small kids make it just fine.) I wasn't sure if this was a part of the trail system because it is on the other side of the wooden fence, but it seems to be well used and there were plenty of people on...

Very close to Munising (few minutes south). Scenic cascading falls. Main lower area with lookout can be busy at times. Expect many people will climb hillside to pose on fallen tree trunks over falls or just in front of falls. For those wanting a little quieter and don't mind making their way past this spot - there are 2 more levels of Falls above that look very similar. Went in early August and water levels were not an issue ( not too low for photos and not too high of flow which made walking around the levels manageable- little muddy in spots beyond main...

Came here today, to Wagner Falls Wed, Aug 31st. There's 1 handicapped parking spot (I don't use these, just noting it). I'm a couch potato, but we asked the people walking towards us how the walk was and they said it was pretty easy (they just got new knees!). It was pretty easy, and there were only 8 steps, well built! NOTE: if I remember correctly... Many of the boards we walked on, were squishy/springy , so if someone is visually challenged (be aware of that) or could fix that, that'd be great! Lots of great parking! NO BATHROOM! Check out...

What a great and easy waterfall to access. It's no more than a 5 minute guided path walk complete with deck and stairs right up to the waterfall. Definitely worth the stop. Now with that said this place has another even bigger unnoticeable waterfall behind it. It is a tad harder to navigate to and does take a little 10 minute up hill steep hike behind it to even realize it's there. Shhh, our little secret...lol. However this waterfall trek is not on a guided trail and is for the more comfortable hiker so proceed with caution; very soft ground.
