Riverside Park Band Shell — Attraction in Murphysboro

In my dad's hometown as a child, he had wonderful memories to share with me about this Shell, I felt like I traveled back in time with him, this park is simply beautiful with tons of area to wonder about, a beautiful fishing area, and this Shell was our highlight of the day, to explore and adventure all around and on it, was just a wonderful experience! I don't know why it says Band Shell specifically and there isn't just a spot for the park...but! This is a very lovely park! Lots of shade! Great place for our children or Fur babies alike. Clean well kept park with play equipment for all ages.
